Hello fellow golfers

...and those interested in taking up the wonderful game of golf! I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you a little about my golfing background.

I’m a fully qualified class AA PGA Professional and I’ve been coaching male & female golfers of all ages and abilities since 2003. Prior to turning professional I maintained a handicap of Scratch for 7 years. My amateur highlights were runner up Ladies Italian Open 1998, runner up English Ladies Intermediates 1998, runner up English Girls Championships 1996, Winner of the Yorkshire Girls Championships 1996. I represented England at junior & senior level in the Home Internationals and I was an England Elite Squad member from the age of 15 to 22. Out of the 4 years I represented Yorkshire at senior level, Yorkshire were English County Champions 3 years running. As a professional I finished 6th in the Nedbank South African Masters 2003.

Now my passion is coaching! I am committed to continuing to develop my knowledge in order to develop my pupils as much as I possibly can.

Since I qualified as a PGA professional I have gained a diploma in NLP & Sports Psychology, becoming a certified Mind Factor Coach. I also have a Titleist Performance Institute level 1 certification in golf specific fitness & overcoming physical limitations affecting the golf swing. I base my coaching philosophy on creating a relaxed & enjoyable learning environment, where my pupils leave with greater confidence and a clear idea of what they are working on.
