STARTING NEXT WEEK! Golf Meets Mindfulness 4 week online course

Following on from the success of the Mindfulness meets Golf Courses, I decided to run another to help golfers work on their game during the lockdown period!

The people who have attended the courses and that did the practice between sessions experienced the following positive impact on their game and how they felt in themselves:

* New personal best
* Best score in a competition in 4 years
* Multiple handicap reductions
* Lowest ever handicap
* A sense of calmness
* Able to stay more focused
* Happiest they had left the golf course after a bad round
* Not being as hard on themselves and being able to bounce back quicker

The course will be held online on Zoom and will include and cover the following:
4 weekly sessions on a Monday night at 7pm lasting 1 hour and 10 minutes each session.
Guided meditation recordings will be sent to you each of the 4 weeks.

Week 1: Setting a clear intention and stay in the present
Week 2: Focusing your attention and stay in the present
Week 3: Improving your self talk and attitude
Week 4: Pulling it all together and setting the ideal performance state mindset

The course starts at 7pm on the 9th November and cost for the course is £100

If you cannot attend a session(s), then the session can be recorded and sent to you.
The course is interactive and the more you interact in the discussions and immerse yourself in the practices, the more you will get out of it.

Right now life is so turbulent and it is important for us to stay in the present with our thoughts instead of projecting our minds backwards and forwards with catastrophic thinking. This course will help you to understand your patterns and will help you to stay more grounded, both on and off the golf course.
